RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE DELIVERED DATE.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
- Returns & exchange are accepted with-in 3 days of the delivery. Return & exchange on sale articles are depending on the sale campaign policy.
- (ELEGANCESAREE – WEBSITE) will not be responsible for any incorrect fund transfer/voucher issuance against returns arising due to erroneous input by You. You take complete responsibility of the accuracy of the information provided.
- Refund/ELEGANCESAREE Credits will be issued only after the product is received at Our warehouse.
- Prepaid refund will be initiated within 2 working days of receiving the product. It may take 2-5 business days for the amount, to reflect in your bank account.
- You can return either complete order or partial items from the same order.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and should be returned with original packaging.
- LIMITATION
- Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Lingerie, Jewellery, Hair goods, Sports bra, Body suit, Swimwear, Undergarments Including Socks cannot be returned.
- Items marked as Sale are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached.
- DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM(S) SHIPPED
- Should you receive damaged, defective, or the wrong item(s), please return the merchandise within 7 days from the shipped date. Please log into your account to create a return or contact our Customer Support Team over email – EMAIL ID to initiate a Return.
- Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed with all tags attached and should be returned with original packaging.
Buyer may be entitled to a refund for prepaid Orders.
HOW TO RETURN

- Click on “Return” or “exchange” against the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Fill in the details and raise a return request by clicking on submit button.
- You will receive a confirmation for the return initiated.
- Reverse pick up will be done from our side within 15 days or where ever feasible. In the extreme circumstances, you may be asked to send the products through a reliable courier if reverse pickup facility is not available in your area.
REFUNDS
- ELEGANCESAREE Credits will be issued within 2-3 business days and can be used to purchase again from www.elegancesaree.com. Please choose the desired option when initiating the return request on our website.
- For Orders not shipped by Us complete refund can be initiated upon refund request to the same source through which payment has been made.
- For Credit card/Debit card/Net Banking payments, it may take up to 2-5 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account (depending upon your bank).
For orders placed using ELEGANCESAREE Credits, the refund amount will be.
